Important Notice – Airblue Ticketing Guidelines
Airblue has issued an urgent guideline for all travel agents and passengers:
Tickets must NOT be issued on 4-digit Airblue flights operating on the Jeddah (JED) and Madinah (MED) routes for non-Umrah passengers. These specific flights are strictly reserved for Umrah travelers only.
Important Notice – Airblue Ticketing Guidelines
If a ticket has already been booked on a 4-digit flight for a passenger who is not performing Umrah, it must be immediately refunded or reissued on a 3-digit Airblue flight instead.
Strict compliance with this policy is necessary to avoid penalties, operational issues, or fines.
